How I work

Psychodynamic therapy is an in-depth approach to understanding the roots of emotional distress. By exploring unconscious thoughts, past experiences, and repeated patterns in relationships, this therapy fosters meaningful change and personal growth.

It is about changing the way one fundamentally experiences and interacts with the world, differing from other types therapy which may focus on mastering coping methods.

What to expect

Each session is rooted in your needs and the thoughts most pressing on your mind.

Through open-ended reflection, we will explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences, to help you gain insight into the patterns shaping your life.

How much will it cost?

I offer an initial assessment for £80. If you wish to proceed, I offer a sliding scale of £80-£100 per session. I also have a limited number of reduced-fee slots available.

Where will we meet?

I offer sessions both in-person and online. In-person sessions are held in College Crescent, Hampstead, a short walk from Swiss Cottage tube.
